The Scout Troop is for young people aged 10 to 14 years, offering the next stage in their Scouting journey. At this level, members take on greater challenges, develop stronger leadership skills, and enjoy a wide range of adventurous activities.
Scouts are encouraged to become more independent, work as a team, and take responsibility during activities and events. Through exciting experiences and practical challenges, they build confidence and learn skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
The Scout section focuses on helping young people grow in confidence and independence. Through adventurous activities and skill-based challenges, Scouts learn practical abilities such as navigation, teamwork, outdoor survival, and problem-solving.
Members are encouraged to take an active role in planning activities, solving problems, and supporting one another. These experiences help Scouts develop teamwork, leadership, and resilience while enjoying memorable moments with friends.
